GREETING & CALL TO WORSHIP
Leader: Praise is due to you, O God, in Zion, and to you shall vows be performed.
People: Blessed is the one you choose and bring near, to dwell in your courts!
Leader: We shall be satisfied with the goodness of your house, the holiness of your temple!
People: By awesome deeds you answer us with righteousness, O God of our salvation.
Leader: The hope of all the ends of the earth and of the farthest seas.
All: Praise the Lord!
PRAYER OF ADORATION, ASSISTANCE, & BLESSING
Hymnal #460 “Amazing Grace”
Amazing grace!– how sweet the sound–
that saved a wretch like me!
I once was lost, but now am found,
was blind, but now I see.
'Twas grace that taught my heart to fear,
and grace my fears relieved;
how precious did that grace appear
the hour I first believed!
Thro' many dangers, toils and snares,
I have already come;
'tis grace has brought me safe thus far,
and grace will lead me home.
The Lord has promised good to me,
his Word my hope secures;
he will my shield and portion be,
as long as life endures.
And when this flesh and heart shall fail,
and mortal life shall cease,
I shall possess within the veil
a life of joy and peace.
When we've been there ten thousand years,
bright shining as the sun,
we've no less days to sing God's praise
than when we've first begun.
REFLECTION ON GOD’S LAW
Leader: Honor your father and your mother.
People: Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
Leader: You shall not murder.
People: Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
Leader: You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.
People: This is the great and first commandment.
Leader: God spoke all these words, saying, "I am the Lord your God. You shall have no other gods before me."
People: For although there may be so- called "gods" in heaven or on earth… yet for us there is one God.
Leader: You shall not make for yourself an idol.
People: What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the temple of the living God.
Leader: You shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain.
People: Let your "yes" be yes and your "no" be no, so that you may not fall under condemnation.
Leader: Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.
People: There remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God, for whoever has entered God's rest has also rested from his works as God did from his.
SILENT PRAYER OF CONFESSION
ASSURANCE OF GRACE Hebrews 4:15-16
Hymnal #681 “How Gentle God’s Commands”
How gentle God's commands,
how kind his precepts are!
Come, cast your burdens on the Lord,
and trust his constant care.
While Providence supports,
let saints securely dwell;
that hand, which bears all nature up,
shall guide his children well.
Why should this anxious load
press down your weary mind?
Haste to your heav'nly Father's throne,
and sweet communion find.
His goodness stands approved,
down to the present day;
I'll drop my burden at his feet,
and bear a song away.
PRAYER OF THE CHURCH Elder B. Tidwell
Psalm 18 “From Heaven He Took Hold of Me”
From heaven He took hold of me
And lifted me as waters rose;
From those who hated me, He saved,
From all my overpow’ring foes.
They came at me in my distress;
The LORD was my security.
To liberty He brought me forth,
Because He took delight in me.
According to my righteousness
I am rewarded by the LORD;
And as my hands have been found clean,
He gives to me a just reward.
I’ve kept the pathways of the LORD
And from my God I did not stray.
I’ve kept His judgments in my thoughts,
And did not cast His laws away.
I have been blameless in His sight,
Abstained from all iniquity.
He found me righteous, with clean hands,
And so the LORD rewarded me.

GOD’S WORD PREACHED “Kings and Kingdoms” by Pastor M. Connor Underseth
Prayer Of Application & The Lord’s Prayer
All: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory, forever. Amen.
Song “All Heaven Declares”
All heaven declares
The glory of the risen Lord Who can compare
With the beauty of the Lord
Forever He will be
The Lamb upon the throne
I gladly bow the knee
And worship Him alone
I will proclaim
The glory of the risen Lord
Who once was slain
To reconcile man to God
Forever You will be
The Lamb upon the throne
I gladly bow the knee
And worship You alone

Hymnal p. 845 “Apostles’ Creed”
Minister: Christian, what do you believe?
All: I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried; he descended into hell. The third day he rose again from the dead. He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen.
WORDS OF INSTITUTION & WARNING
Minister: The Lord be with you;
People: And also with you.
Minister: Lift up your hearts;
People: We lift them up to the Lord.
Minister: Let us give thanks to the Lord our God;
People: It is right to give him thanks and praise.
COMMUNION PRAYER
Approach the Table for the Lord’s Supper
Prayer of Thanksgiving
Song “Christ the Sure and Steady Anchor”
Christ the sure and steady anchor
In the fury of the storm
When the winds of doubt blow through me
And my sails have all been torn
In the suffering in the sorrow
When my sinking hopes are few
I will hold fast to the anchor
It shall never be removed
Christ the sure and steady anchor
While the tempest rages on
When temptation claims the battle
And it seems the night has won
Deeper still then goes the anchor
Though I justly stand accused
I will hold fast to the anchor
It shall never be removed
Christ the sure and steady anchor
Through the floods of unbelief
Hopeless somehow O my soul now
Lift your eyes to Calvary
This my ballast of assurance
See His love forever proved
I will hold fast to the anchor
It shall never be removed
Christ the sure and steady anchor
As we face the wave of death
When these trials give way to glory
And we draw our final breath
We will cross that great horizon
Clouds behind and life secured
And the calm will be the better
For the storms that we endured
Christ the shore of our salvation
Ever faithful ever true
We will hold fast to the anchor
It shall never be removed
Hymnal #731: “Doxology”

Praise Him, all creatures here below:
