Spring has sprung us into a season of opportunity to spend time together worshipping, serving, learning, enjoying the arts, and so much more! It’s easy to discount simply spending time together making memories, but I think you’ll be blessed by any number of things, if you have the time and margins to attend! New Life News has all the details, so read it carefully, and “pen” in some time together with your New Life family!

Holy Week is not the least of these opportunities. We will be spending this season in the Psalms, seeing Christ’s life in that ancient Hymn Book. As we reach this point of Christ’s humiliation and the beginning of his exaltation, it is good to see how the poetry of God’s Word fills our hearts with the Word of Christ and helps us live with the mind of Christ. I hope to see you at those special services!

This Sunday, in AM worship, we begin to look at Paul’s reflective conversation with the Ephesian elders in “Paul's Résumé, Part 1” in Acts 20:17-21. Pastoral Intern Morgan Loughlean will bring what I’m sure will be a soul-stirring message from Ephesians 2:4-10 in PM worship with “But God”.

Plan now to be in worship, morning and evening, tomorrow! I can’t wait to see you and to be encouraged together by God’s Word and the Spirit of Christ among us!

Love & blessings,

Pastor Joel
