The purpose of missions at New Life Presbyterian Church of La Mesa is to reach beyond the needs of our congregation to fulfill the Great Commission by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ and making disciples of all nations, whether locally or abroad.

New Life supports ambassadors of Christ in Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, Central America, and here in the United States. These men and women are involved in evangelism, church planting, discipleship, training of pastors, Bible translation, medical missions, children’s education, and other mercy ministries.

Pray regularly for these men and women as they declare His glory among the nations. We have a monthly prayer meeting for missions, a monthly women’s prayer meeting focusing on lifting up wives and women missionaries, and a monthly “Prayer for Asia” meeting. Please check the church calendar for dates, times, and locations of these meetings.
