When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be;
When we all see Jesus, we’ll sing and shout the victory!
Heaven should be on our minds, as we walk with our dear sister Rachel through her final days on this side of glory. Thank you, as so many of you have visited her in these last few days. The hospital provided a larger room to accommodate the numbers. Friends, family, and fellow church members have been able to sit, visit, share, make music together. What a blessing for Peter, the Thompsons and Hosses! They know so many of you are praying.
This Sunday, as we come together for corporate worship, a taste of heaven on earth, we are going to be meditating on Generous Mercy, both that which we receive from the Lord and that which we are to show to others. May the kindnesses of our Savior shine brightly as we meditate on all his gifts to us! In the evening, Aaron will continue his series through Jonah with Jonah 1:17-2:10, “A Prophet's Plea.” A great book for us in these days as we remember our mission in the world.
I can’t wait to worship with you tomorrow, friends!
Love & blessings,

Pastor Joel
