As we prepare to worship together this Sunday, remember that Pastor Connor will be preaching Sunday AM for the last time as our Associate Pastor about "The Founder and Perfecter of Our Faith" from Hebrews 12:1-2. PM Worship will be in the MAC with a fellowship meal and sendoff for the Underseths. I will bring a brief word from 2 Timothy 1:15-18 about “Gospel Friends.” I do hope you can make it to both morning and evening.

Apart from that, remember 2 things:

1. RefCon2025 is coming! A few posters are up around the church building and the greeting poster for the conference is in the Lobby. We are also working hard to advertise this mini-conference throughout San Diego county, as we desire more people and churches to be drawn into the Reformed faith and life. 2. We will have fliers available this Sunday to inform you of the class offerings for the coming quarter of HigherED. We are finalizing plans and locations. I think you’ll be pleased with your options! Commit now to attend HigherED where we seek to Encourage Discipleship in All God’s Ways & Thoughts. Fellowship around the Word and Christian teaching is an important aspect of our life together. Take advantage of this opportunity to go a little deeper in your understanding of the Faith and how the Faith applies to life week-by-week. HigherED for adults and Sunday School for kids and youth begin on September 7.
