Missions Vision at New Life
On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare
a feast of rich food for all peoples,
a banquet of aged wine—
the best of meats and the finest of wines.On this mountain he will destroy
the shroud that enfolds all peoples,
the sheet that covers all nations;He will swallow up death forever.
The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears
from all faces;
he will remove the disgrace of his people
from all the earth.

The purpose of missions at New Life Presbyterian Church of La Mesa is to reach beyond the needs of our congregation to fulfill the Great Commission by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ and making disciples of all nations, whether locally or abroad.
New Life supports ambassadors of Christ in Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Central America, and here in the United States. These men and women are involved in evangelism, church planting, discipleship, training of pastors, Bible translation, medical missions, children's education, and other mercy ministries.
We encourage you to pray regularly for these men and women, that they will be effective in their work so that our great God will be glorified more and more. We have a monthly prayer meeting for missions, and an additional monthly "Prayer for Asia" meeting. Please check the church calendar for dates, times, and locations of these meetings.
