Our goals as Christian women are to lift one another up through prayer, mentoring, and hospitality. We strive to provide support for those who are ill or are caring for the elderly. As followers of Jesus we seek ways to serve and impact our world and community through personal evangelism, volunteering , works of mercy, and support for our church’s missionaries. Through corporate church worship, various Bible studies, seminars and annual retreats we continue to grow spiritually.

Upcoming Events:

Sunday, September 19: Our third quarterly breakfast and women's Sunday school hour. We meet in the Biblical garden immediately following the benediction for breakfast and then we will go into the sanctuary for a class taught by Sherrene David.

Our Summer Saturday Seminar series continues with "Jesus the Vine" July 24; "Jesus the Light" on August 7, and "Jesus the Bread" on August 21. All meetings begin at 8:30 in Room 201.

Women's Retreat: September 17-18. Please visit the WOC table in the fellowship hall for the next 3 Sundays and indicate your interest in staying overnight Friday night. This year we will join North City PCA Poway for a retreat. Elyse Fitzpatrick will be our speaker on the topic, "Am I My Sister's Keeper?" Location and exact cost will be announced at a later date.
