Allison Dossett, Administrator

Our Administrator, Allison Dossett, keeps this church humming. She is a second generation native San Diegan and grew up attending a congregational church. She has been at New Life since 1981 and has worked as a support to the pastor and congregation for 16 years.

Allison and her husband Jim live in La Mesa and have two grown sons and a daughter attending college.

Jon Verdick, Facilities Manager

Jon is our all-around “Fix-it” man and his love for gardening and growing things has beautified the grounds around New Life La Mesa.

Jon was raised in a Reformed Presbyterian church in Los Angeles. He is married to Trudy Verdick and they have two grown children. Jon spends his free time working in his tropical fruit orchard. Among his favorite plants are fig and banana trees. He sends young fig trees around the world through his website “webebanannas.com”.

Adam and Tabitha Kemp, Doorkeepers

Adam and Tabitha are residents of the New Life building and keep an eye on things 24/7. Their diligence and hard work keeps the building clean, orderly and safe.
