Widows' Walk is a support group for the widows of New Life and meets monthly for breakfast, the 1st Saturday of the month, at the home of J. Ewing.

Join G. Pavlovich and others the first Saturday of the month for an hour of knocking on doors and inviting our neighbors to church. No experience necessary.
Meet in the parking lot at 10 a.m.
[5/1] :: Men's Retreat
On Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1, the New Life men will meet at the Palomar Christian Conference Center in the forest atop Palomar Mountain for world-class Bible teaching by Dr. Peter Jones, Scholar in Residence and Adjunct Professor of Practical Theology at Westminster Seminary California.
Friday evening we enjoy a sumptuous and hearty dinner and then we will be led in worship by John Watt. Dr. Jones will challenge us through his keynote address. Afterward, the Pie Café will be open for pie, ice cream, and espresso.
Saturday morning after prayer, and an abundant breakfast, Dr. Jones will continue to encourage and challenge us before an exquisite lunch. After lunch we will be free to pursue many recreational opportunities including softball, basketball, and volleyball. There is a shooting range, horseback riding, and there are 20 miles of exhilarating and beautiful hiking trails.
Saturday evening after a great time of fellowship and sport, we will indulge in the famous tri-tip barbecue and scrumptious desserts before we return to our homes.
You might expect a weekend such as this to cost hundreds of dollars, but the cost is only $125. All the men are encouraged to join us for the entire week-end experience of the communion of the saints, an opportunity to know and be known, and to study the Bible, worship and pray together in an exquisite forest environment with intimate Bible instruction by a truly remarkable and dynamic man of God.
We want to encourage the wives to send your men for this edifying experience. For the men especially who are new to our fellowship, this is a rewarding way to get to know some new Christian friends and brothers.
